| Description: | AMXT-1501 tetrahydrochloride is an orally active polyamine transport inhibitor. AMXT-1501 blocks tumor growth in immunocompetent mice, but not T cell-deficient thymic nude mice. DFMO and AMXT-1501 jointly induce caspase-3-mediated apoptosis of NB cells. |
