Description: Ammonium oxalate (ammonium oxalate) is a strong dicarboxylic acid found in many plants and vegetables and is metabolized in the body from glyoxalate or ascorbic acid. It is used as an analytical reagent and general reducing agent, as well as for the extraction of polysaccharides.
