| Description: | 8-Arm PEG-Vinylsulfone is a versatile PEG reagent featuring eight thiol-reactive vinylsulfone groups. VS reacts selectively with free thiols (SH groups) to enable site-specific PEGylation of peptides and proteins. Due to its eight-arm star structure and high functional group density, 8-Arm PEG-VS enables rapid and stable conjugation as well as multi-ligand co-modification (e.g. targeting ligands + drugs), making it suitable for drug delivery and high-strength hydrogels. |
