| Description: | Tempo is a free radical capturing antioxidant and a selective scavenging agent of ROS that disambiguates superoxides in catalytic cycles. Tempo can induce DNA strand breaking and can be used as an organic catalyst for the oxidation of primary alcohols to aldehydes. Tempo has mutagenic and antioxidant effects. |
