| Description: | SKI-178 is a potent sphingosine kinase-1 (SphK1) and SphK2 inhibitor. In acute myeloid leukemia (AML) cell lines, the IC50 range is about 500 nm-1 μM. Ski-178 induces apoptosis of human acute myeloid leukemia cells in a CDK1-dependent manner. |
