| Description: | Puliginurad (YL-90148) is a potent, selective inhibitor of urate transporter protein (URAT) that can be used in studies related to hyperuricemia and gout by inhibiting the reabsorption of uric acid at the renal proximal tubule, thereby excreting more uric acid through the urine. |
