| Description: | Necrosulfonamide is a necroptosis inhibitor which selectively targeting the mixed lineage kinase domain-like protein (MLKL) with IC50 value of 124 nM in human HT-29. Necrosulfonamide prevents MLKL-RIP1-RIP3 necrosome complex from interacting with its downstream effectors. |
