| Description: | Itaconate-alkyne is a specific bioorthogonal probe and functional analog of Itaconation, which has similar anti-inflammatory activity to Itaconic acid, and can label the true target of Itaconic acid for quantitative and localized Itaconic acid chemistry proteomics analysis in living cells. In addition, Itaconate-alkyne is also a click chemistry containing an Alkyne moiety that undergoes a copper-catalyzed azide-alkyne cycloaddition reaction (CuAAc) with molecules containing an Azide moiety. |
