Species: Mouse
Expression system: Mammalian
Endotoxin: LAL test measured less than 0.1 ng/µg (1eu /µg)
Storage and stability: Freeze-dried protein should be stored at < -20℃, but stable at room temperature for 3 weeks. The recombinant protein solution can be stored at 4-7℃ for 2-7 days. The bisector of the recombinant sample was stable at < -20°C for 3 months.
Molecular weight: 45.5 KDa
Biological activity: Mouse interleukin-15 receptor subunit alpha, also known as Il15ra, is a high-affinity interleukin-15 receptor. Il15ra binds as a heterotrimer to IL-2 receptor β and γ subunit (ordinary γ chain or γ c) to initiate signal transduction. It can emit both cis and trans signals, in which IL15R from a subset of cells expresses IL15 to neighboring cells that express il2rg. Il15ra is expressed in specialized cells, including a variety of t cells, B cells and non-lymphocyte. The human Il15ra has 45% amino acid sequence homology with the murine form of the receptor. Eight isomers of il-15rα mRNA have been identified, caused by alternative splicing events involving different exons.

For example, to modify the dose of Compound A used for a mouse (20 mg/kg) to a dose based on the BSA for a rat, multiply 20 mg/kg by the Km factor for a mouse and then divide by the Km factor for a rat. This calculation results in a rat equivalent dose for Compound A of 10 mg/kg.

Recombinant Human USP14 (E.coli, N-6His)
USP14 belongs to the ubiquitin-specific processing (USP) family which is a deubiquitinating enzyme (DUB) with His and Cys domains. USP14 acts also as a physiological inhibitor of endoplasmic reticulum-associated degradation (ERAD) under the non-stressed condition by inhibiting the degradation of unfolded endoplasmic reticulum proteins via interaction with ERN1. |
Recombinant Human EpCAM/Trop-1 (Mammalian, C-Fc)
Epithelial Cell Adhesion Molecule (EpCAM) is a signal type I transmembrane glycoprotein. EpCAM plays a role in embryonic stem cells proliferation and differentiation; it up-regulates the expression of FABP5, MYC and Cyclin A and Cyclin E. It is highly and selectively expressed by undifferentiated embryonic stem cells. |
