Expression host: E.coli
Species: Human
Endotoxin: less than 0.001 ng/ug (0.01 EU/ug) as determined by LAL.
Purity: > 95% as determined by reduced SDS-PAGE
Storage Conditions: Lyophilized proteins should be stored at < -20°C, but at room temperature for up to 3 weeks. The recombinant protein solution can be stored at 4-7℃ for 2-7 days. The isometric solution of the recombinant sample was stable at < -20°C for 3 months.
Biological activity: TF-1 human erythroid leukemia cells were measured in cell proliferation assays. The ED50 of this effect is 25-150 pg/ mL. Leukemia suppressor factor (LIF) is a lymphoid factor that promotes long-term maintenance of embryonic stem cells by inhibiting spontaneous differentiation. LIF also has a variety of activities such as cholinergic neuron differentiation, control of stem cell pluripotency, bone and fat metabolism, mitosis of some factor dependent cell lines, and promotion of megakaryocyte production in vivo. Human and mouse mature LIFs have 78% sequence homology at the amino acid level. Human LIF is also active in human and mouse cells. Mouse LIF is about 1000 times more active against human cells than human LIF.

For example, to modify the dose of Compound A used for a mouse (20 mg/kg) to a dose based on the BSA for a rat, multiply 20 mg/kg by the Km factor for a mouse and then divide by the Km factor for a rat. This calculation results in a rat equivalent dose for Compound A of 10 mg/kg.

Recombinant Human IL-10 (CHO)
Interleukin-10 (IL-10) is usually secreted as a homodimer and, upon binding to its receptor, inhibits the synthesis of a number of cytokines, including IFN-gamma, IL-2, IL-3, TNF and GM-CSF produced by activated macrophages and Th2 cells. |
Recombinant Human IL-5 (CHO)
Interleukin-5 (IL-5) is responsible for the activities attributed to eosinophil differentiating factor, B cell growth factor II and T cell-replacing factor (TRF). IL-5 plays an important role in inducing cell-mediated immunity against parasitic infections and certain tumors. |
Recombinant Human Tau-F Protein (E.coli)
Tau proteins are proteins which contain four Tau/MAP repeats. They promote microtubule assembly and stability, and might be involved in the establishment and maintenance of neuronal polarity. |
Recombinant Human Tau Protein (E. coli, His Tag)
Tau proteins are proteins that stabilize microtubules. Tau protein is a highly soluble microtubule-associated protein (MAP). In humans, these proteins are mostly found in neurons compared to non-neuronal cells. One of tau's main functions is to modulate the stability of axonal microtubules. |
Recombinant Rat IL-23 Protein (HEK293, C-His)
IL-23 (IL-23 alpha & IL-12 beta Heterodimer) Protein is a recombinant protein dimer complex containing rat-derived IL-23 alpha & IL-12 beta Heterodimer protein, expressed by HEK293. |
