Biological Activity

Pentostatin (Deoxycoformycin) is an irreversible inhibitor of adenosine deaminase (Ki = 2.5 pM). Pentostatin (Deoxycoformycin) is useful for anticancer agent. Pentostatin is of limited benefit in the treatment for SR grade III-IV aGVHD.
