Glaucocalyxin A is an ent-kauranoid diterpene from Rabdosia japonica var. Glaucocalyxin A induces apoptosis in osteosarcoma by inhibiting nuclear translocation of Five-zinc finger Glis 1 (GLI1) via regulating PI3K/Akt signaling pathway.
