FOY-251 mesylate is a metabolite of Camostat that acts as a pollen protease inhibitor for prevention and control of allergies. FOY-251 represents a dose-dependent inhibition of equivalent current in M-1 cells. FOY-251 inhibits the proteolytic activity of prostasin. FOY 251 inhibits SARS-CoV-2 infection in cells assay.
