| Description: | Spironolactone (SC9420) is an oral active aldosterone mineralocorticoid receptor antagonist with an IC50 value of 24 nM. Spironolactone is also an androgen receptor antagonist with an IC50 of 77 nM. Spironolactone promotes podocyte autophagy. |
