Description: Naphazoline hydrochloride is a potent alpha-adrenergic receptor agonist. Naphazoline hydrochloride reduces levels of inflammatory factors (TNF-α, IL-1β, and IL-6), cytokines (IFN-γ and IL-4), IgE, GMCSF, and NGF, and is used in studies of non-bacterial conjunctivitis. Naphazoline hydrochloride can be used in studies of non-bacterial conjunctivitis.
